The sports demonstrations in Southwest Bulgaria, as part of the “Come and Play 4.0” project (EAC-2020-0745), co-funded by the EU, are ongoing and have now reached their sixth location in the city of Blagoevgrad. On March 27, 2023, as part of an initiative, the Comac Sport Club collaborated with local schools and institutions to promote physical activity as a regular part of people’s lives, regardless of age, in order to combat the risk of poverty and social exclusion.

The demonstrations were well-received by local residents who enjoyed the fun and engaging exercises in the program. The classes were led by coaches who offered interesting games and challenges to the participants.

The sessions were designed to be diverse and captivating, with the aim of incorporating physical activity as a routine aspect of young people’s lives. In addition, the programme aimed to encourage families with children to be active and have fun together, with family sessions being led in a safe and supportive environment. The demonstrations were well-attended by people aged 60 and above.

Once again, the focus was on the 3D holograms. These holograms not only visually represented the exercises but also made it easier for participants to follow along.

The sports club is part of the Educational Complex “Tsar Simeon Veliki”, which includes the Private Kindergarten “Rositsa”, the Private Primary School “Tsar Simeon Veliki”, the Private High School of Science and Entrepreneurship “Assen Yordanov”, and the Training Centre “Tsar Simeon Veliki”.
